Clean the plastic first. Once you re sure the switch is on set the light in an area where it receives full sun for several hours then test it by covering the solar panel with your hand. Wash the panel and bulb with soap and water regularly to prevent built up grime from inhibiting the light s performance. If they don t then solar light battery needs to be changed.
